I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was superb, nestled in a quiet residential area yet close enough to the center of Florence. The rooms were spacious, modern, and had breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing exceptional service at all times. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. However, there were some minor issues with the facilities that slightly affected my overall experience.
